On a tour of the 600-square-meter hall at eRecruiter, workshop flair with raw concrete ceilings and visible cable ducts meets a playful color scheme. The contrast works: after we had developed and finalized the concept together with eRecruiter, we harmoniously coordinated the areas—but also clearly separated them from each other.
In interior design, this is evident in the different floor materials used in the work and corridor areas, among other things. The meeting rooms are designed as room-in-room boxes and are positioned at an angle in the space. This has created an exciting passageway that resembles a labyrinth. The outer surfaces of the boxes can be used as work surfaces for stand-up meetings. In this way, we are in line with the multifunctional workplace approach.

When designing the office space, we opted for closed offices and focus rooms in bright colors on the one hand, and an open workspace on the other. This not only enables concentrated work, but also promotes interaction among colleagues.

To enhance social interaction, we came up with something special for eRecruiter: the Wiaschtlstandl in the Working Cafe. In addition to Bosna and Co, employees can also use the fully equipped kitchen for other meals. For breaks in between, we have set up a lounge area with bar tables and a kitchenette. And to be on the safe side, there is also a cloakroom with lockers for personal valuables.
