We supported the project managers from the outset through the renovation of 600 square meters spread over three floors. The central focus was on the employees and creating a user-oriented design for the office space in line with the adapted corporate identity. The starting signal for this was given at a workshop where the room layout was developed. The central focus was not only on concentrated work, but also on creating opportunities for encounters and retreat.

Among other things, this resulted in a working café with a kitchen, soundproofed meeting pods for undisturbed work or spontaneous meetings, and a fun court. To meet the need for downtime, relaxation rooms with a calming jungle feel were designed. Here, employees can consciously take a break from the office.

In the newly created rooms and zones, special attention was paid to small, coordinated details and sporty gadgets. These allow both employees and customers to feel which room they are entering.

We created a deliberate separation from this in the sports bar with adjoining communal kitchen. The concept follows a gray design and embodies the open pub idea, inviting guests to watch sports together on several large screens. In order to increase the deliberate distance from the company and reinforce the idea of a multifunctional meeting zone where people can linger, the bar was designed with funnel-shaped standing desks. This allows several people to access all appliances, drinks, and the coffee machine at the same time. The standing desks can also be used for informal gatherings of several people, whether for workshops or lectures.

Neon lights were used to create a pleasant surprise and a special lighting atmosphere. This "glowing thread" can be found in all social areas and visually connects the newly designed floors.
