With its new location in Linz, MIC is sending a powerful message: sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics come together in one of Austria's largest wood hybrid construction projects to create a total work of art. The interior design was created by the OFFORA team, which has set new standards for the new world of work with innovative concepts and a focus on employee well-being.

• Ground floor: A high-quality staff restaurant with hotel-style fresh cuisine, seating for 160, and a spacious terrace (200 m²).
  
  
• Upper floors: Hybrid workspaces with state-of-the-art technology, flexible booking systems, well-designed quiet rooms, and innovative acoustic solutions.
  
  
• Attic: Creative rooms, conference areas, and a roof terrace with inspiring views of Linz and the surrounding countryside.

In addition, an underground parking garage, bicycle parking spaces, electric charging stations, and e-scooters promote employee mobility.
