Right from the first meeting, it was clear that we wanted to reflect MIC's principles—honesty, fairness, sustainability—in the office design concept. In addition to the corporate identity colors of blue and green, we used natural, regional oak wood in the office design.

We divided the open workspace for teams of up to 12 people using solid oak slats to provide privacy and noise protection. These slats are equipped with pin-up acoustic elements and whiteboards, making them multifunctional.

We installed three think tanks on the central axis. If necessary, these round meeting rooms can be closed off with an acoustic curtain. Large standing tables in the working café and the terrace in front of it also invite spontaneous meetings.

We had the meeting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art media technology to reflect MIC's status as a global player in the field of software solutions.

The focus rooms and the individual offices of the team leads also offer concentration. Here, too, we designed the interior with the recognizable features of the open-plan office in mind: materials and elements of the room dividers were incorporated, creating a visual connection between the lead and the team.
