The new Tractive campus was not only designed for quiet working, but also to serve as a hub for employees. Coworking spaces, meeting areas, proximity to nature, room for creativity—everyone at Tractive should be able to move their workplace to different locations as needed.

Comfortable seating areas with a view of the forest, various retreats, and numerous open working spaces in combination with open-plan offices provide plenty of alternatives. Height-adjustable tables and modern, motion-sensitive daylight lamps round off the concept harmoniously.

The 2,500-square-meter campus can accommodate up to 250 employees. In addition to the office building, an adjacent 16,000-square-meter wooded area offers plenty of space for employees and their four-legged friends to run around. In addition to walking trails and meeting paths, the property also features dog runs and covered areas for pets.

In this project, it was particularly important to us to bring the natural atmosphere of the adjacent forest into the premises. The offices are open, flooded with light, and the meeting rooms are inspired by the four different seasons. This balanced atmosphere is intended to have a positive effect on employees.

In keeping with the nature-inspired concept featuring lots of plants, emphasis was placed on sustainable, regional interior design, which is why wood plays a central role in the design.
